Once your device has been whitelisted, if you are still struggling with the device disconnecting from the wi-fi, you can try the following the steps below. Please note there are four solutions below, outlined in bold text.

We recommend trying each solution separately, stopping after performing the step(s) to monitor the device and see if the problem has been fixed.

  1. Reboot the iPhone (turn it off, and then back on again)
  2. Turn Wi-Fi off and back on
    1. Tap Settings on home screen
    2. Select Wi-Fi
    3. Toggle the switch to turn Wi-Fi off
    4. After 30 seconds, tap the switch again to turn Wi-Fi back on.|

  3. Forget Wi-Fi network from iPhone and add it back
    1. From your Home screen, navigate to Settings-> Wi-Fi menu.
    2. Make sure that the Wi-Fi toggle is turned on.
    3. Scroll down and select your Wi-Fi network.
    4. Tap the information (i) icon next to the name of your Wi-Fi network (SSID).
    5. Then select the option to Forget this Network.
    6. And then tap the option to confirm that you want to forget the Wi-Fi network. The Wi-Fi network will then be removed from your device.
    7. After forgetting all Wi-Fi networks, restart your iPhone and head over to Settings-> Wi-Fi menu. Toggle the Wi-Fi switch off and on then wait for the Wi-Fi network list to populate. Select your Wi-Fi network to join and connect.

    1. Tap Settings on home screen
    2. Scroll to and tap the Airplane Mode menu
