How to access Spam e-mails using JerseyConnect
If your e-mail domain does not include @mainlib.org (e.g., @mmt.mainlib.org, @jtpl.mainlib.org, etc.) chances are high that you are using JerseyConnect’s webmail to access your e-mail. You should be receiving an e-mail at a regular interval (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) called your Spam Digest. If you don’t see these e-mails, you can try searching your inbox for the term ‘Spam Digest’. You can also try searching by the sender: digest@njstatelib.org. In these e-mails, you should see a link that says View quarantined messages, pictured below. Click on this to take you to the login page for the Spam filter. Here you can log in directly with your e-mail address and password.
If you cannot find one of these e-mails, you can also visit this link directly to reach the page. If it won’t let you log in to the link above with your e-mail credentials: You may need to click “sign up” at the bottom and enter your e-mail address and a password (I recommend using the same password as your e-mail). You will then receive a verification e-mail with a link you need to click to prove you own the account. Then you should be able to log in to the link above.
