When opening program for the first time it may ask you to choose a database file. You will want to point the Quick Reporter at the jqe.mdb file located at C:\Program Files (x86)\EnvisionWare\lptone\lptjqe
If you get a Database error here, try running the program as Administrator or adding additional permissions to the Envisionware folder.

To add permissions, navigate to C:\Program Files (x86) and right click the EnvisionWare folder. Select Properties, Security, Edit.., Add.., and type everyone. Select OK and then click Full Control and Modify and then Apply.
