The Bylaws Committee is composed of three people. A member of the Board of Directors shall act as the committee’s chair. The remaining two members will be appointed by the President, but at least one of the other two members should not be a current member of the Board of Directors. The Bylaws Committee reviews current and proposed bylaws and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors for their potential amendment and adoption.
